After completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Toronto in 2002, Dr. Kazim went on to study dentistry at the same institution. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (Honours) in 2007, going on to complete her General Practice Residency at the University of Massachusetts the following year. Since then, Dr. Kazim has grown in her field, working in a number of private practices in the Greater Toronto Area and its surrounding regions. She is proud to be a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Canadian Dental Association (CDA).
Dr. Kazim wants to build an honest relationship with you and your family, as she has done with all of her patients here at Splash Dental. When Dr. Kazim is not improving herself professionally, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Raya. She enjoys dancing, travel, and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
She is often asked by her patients “when did you want to become a dentist?” Her earliest memories are from when she was seven years old; she wrote in her school agenda that she wanted to become a “dintest”. She had an amazing experience as a child and she strives to pay those same positive experiences forward to all her patients, no matter their age.
Dr. Andrea Cheung completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She then earned her honours dental degree from the University College Cork, Ireland. She has been preserving and enhancing smiles at Splash since 2018.
Dr. Andrea treats patients of all ages, but prides herself in using the “tell-show-do” method with her young patients. In addition, she takes the time to put anxious patients at ease. She enjoys the whole complement of dental procedures and is constantly upgrading her skills to treat her patients with the most current techniques and practices.
Outside of private practice, she is a clinical instructor at a dental hygiene college. She is a member of the RCDSO, ODA and CDA. She loves to try international cuisines, do workouts, and spend time with her family and friends.
Dr Sharan Golini is our Board Certified Periodontist. She qualified as a Periodontist from the University of Toronto in 1995. Previous to that she worked in Hospital Dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital and as a Remote Services Dentist based out of Sioux Lookout Ontario. She provides full Periodontal Services including Implants.
Raised in Northern Ontario, she enjoys reading, cooking and spending time outdoors with her Family and her 2 dogs.
Dr. Yasika Nesarajah completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (Honours) degree at the University of Toronto – along with her Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Master of Science. She is an active member of the RCDSO, ODA, and CDA.
Dr. Yasika values treating patients with respect and kindness, and firmly believes that prevention is better than any treatment. She enjoys the large scope of general dentistry and has a passion for continuous learning and improving her clinical skills. She strives to provide dental work with compassion and hopes that you find comfort in her care.
In her spare time, she enjoys jogging (kind of), biking along the waterfront, reading fiction, and staying in touch with her friends and family. Dr. Yasika speaks both English and Tamil, and looks forward to caring for your oral health and well-being at Splash Dental.
